As a Stanford-trained cognitive scientist specializing in learning, executive function, and neurodiversity, I tailor every program to each student's unique strengths, goals, and learning style. About Alberto
Hi, I'm Dr. Alberto Navarro. My mission is to help people better understand and improve their minds.As a Stanford-trained cognitive scientist, educator, and learning coach, I help students build the skills, systems, and confidence they need to thrive in school and beyond.I've taught courses and mentored students at Stanford University, where my work focused on how people learn, think, and adapt. I have particular expertise in autistic and ADHD cognition, executive function, and learning differences.I have worked with Stanford Medicine's Neurodiversity Project and Center for Sleep in Autism Spectrum Disorder (CSASD), helping develop tools and resources to support neurodivergent individuals and their families.My approach combines evidence-based strategies with individualized support to help each student develop a personalized learning system that works for them.
